PRIVACY POLICY — COUNTY RECORDS RESEARCH ("CRR")

Use of this website is not intended by persons under 18 years of age. You acknowledge that by registering to use and using this website, and through the submission of information requested, you agree to and approve of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, and all subsequent amendments to this Privacy Policy, as well as CRR's Terms of Use ("Terms"), and all subsequent amendments to the Terms. This Privacy Policy shall govern CRR's use and disclosure of your personal information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies or other entities that CRR does not own or control, or to individuals who are not under CRR's supervisory control.

If you do not agree and approve of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and CRR's Terms, you are advised and instructed NOT to continue, complete the registration process, or otherwise register in any manner. Further, do NOT use or access this website or any other information or services of provided herein.

This Privacy Policy will provide details and describe how and what information about you is gathered, used, and distributed by CRR.

CRR appreciates that any information you may provide to CRR may be personal and private. Some of this information may be used for improvements to CRR's website and to enhance your experience with CRR. CRR may share information about you with its business affiliates who have provided or may provide goods or services in connection with CRR's websites, and relating to CRR's regular course of services and business.

CRR compiles personal information about you when you register to use any CRR website; when you use or purchase products and services through any CRR website; when you connect or transfer to or from affiliate websites; when you participate in promotions; and when you ask to be provided with additional services. The documentation that CRR gathers enables us to analyze your interests and preferences, develop new services and create meaningful affiliate relationships. The type of personal information that CRR may gather includes (but is not limited to) first name; last name; e-mail address; address information, including but not limited to city, state and zip code; telephone number; facsimile number; credit card type; credit card number; expiration date of credit card; name on the credit card; first name as it appears on check; bank routing number as it appears on check; checking account number; driver's license number; state in which driver's license was issued; date of birth; company name; business telephone number; MLS ID number (if you are a licensed real estate agent); preferred listing; last five (5) searches; custom saved searches; customer communication, correspondence, emails, faxes and customer service/member service memos; customer responses to

questionnaires and surveys; the Web address where Members enter from and exit to; which pages you visit during your use of any CRR website, etc.

CRR may place and access cookies on your computer. CRR affiliates that offer goods and/or services on or through any CRR website may place and access cookies on your computer. Cookies placed by affiliates are controlled by the affiliate's own privacy policy.

CRR does share your personal information in the following events:

  1. If CRR is provided your consent or approval;

  2. To establish and maintain your Membership;

  3. To process payment for goods, services and Membership provided to you;

  4. To assist you in obtaining the goods and services you request;

  5. To offer promotions, goods and/or services that CRR believes may be of interest to you;

  6. To update, improve, modify or enhance the operations of any CRR website;

  7. In response to a subpoena, Court order or other legal process, or as otherwise required by law;

  8. To assist law enforcement or other appropriate entities which CRR believes in good faith are conducting examinations or investigations of possible fraud or other illegal activities;

  9. To investigate possible violations of our Terms of Use and Membership and/or violations of this Privacy Policy; and/or

  10. Pursuant to a transfer of ownership of CRR.

CRR continuously makes every attempt to provide our members with useful products and services on related subjects of interest, which include training seminars and educational programs. CRR may sell or distribute certain individual personal information to other companies, including related interests or vendors so as to provide you with important offers. CRR may also provide partners or affiliates with aggregate information from the information provided by its members. If you are a participant in our training seminars and educational programs, we may provide you with promotional offers on related subjects of interest or an email presenting those offers.

All personal information is encrypted and appropriate measures are taken to protect against unauthorized or inappropriate use of your personal information. Your access to some services and content may be password protected. CRR advises that you do not disclose your password to anyone. In addition, CRR recommends that you sign out of password-protected services at the end of your session.

You may contact CRR's Customer Service Department to update or correct your personal information at any time. If you wish to opt out of receiving further communication from CRR regarding future promotions or other goods and services, please contact CRR's Customer Service Department. Please know that depending on what

opt-out choices you select, your ability to maintain your Membership and continue to obtain goods and services may be affected. CRR may unilaterally amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new Privacy Policy on CRR's website. Be sure to check the current terms of any Privacy Policy in effect by visiting this or any other CRR website. By checking the effective date of the Privacy Policy, you will know whether the Privacy Policy has been amended. Please note however, that all amended terms, and/or any new Privacy Policy, shall automatically become effective thirty (30) days after initial posting unless otherwise indicated.

If you choose not to accept or do not agree to be bound by the terms of CRR's revised or amended Privacy Policy, then you must terminate your CRR Membership before the effective date of the revised or amended Privacy Policy. Your failure to terminate your CRR membership prior to the effective date of CRR's revised or amended Privacy Policy will constitute your agreement and approval to be bound by CRR's revised or amended Privacy Policy from and after its effective date.

From time to time, CRR may use your information for new or unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in this Privacy Policy. Please note that if CRR's information practices change at some time in the future, CRR will use only data collected from the time of the amendment to CRR's Privacy Policy forward.

Special Notification for California Residents

Individual customers who reside in California and have provided their personal information may request information regarding disclosures of this information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Such requests must be submitted to CRR at the following mailing address:
